Welcome to the home of all faculty development programming hosted by the Hunter/BMCC AANAPISI Bridge Initiative. This initiative addresses the needs and barriers faced by Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) students at BMCC and Hunter, including those who are first-generation college goers, English Language Learners, and students from low-income and immigrant families.

Here you will find information about our faculty seminar and the projects developed by participants.

The Hunter College and Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC)  AANAPISI Bridge Initiative (ABI) is funded by a five-year (2020-2025) U.S. Department of Education / Minority-Serving Institution (MSI) / Asian American Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institution (AANAPISI) Title III Part A Cooperative grant.
